Strive Consulting was established in 2018 by Michelle Weeks. Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment – in consulting and relationship management roles. As Strive Consulting’s Director she brings a deep knowledge of the industry, including its challenges and weaknesses, and a personal drive and commitment to deliver the best service experience for our clients and candidates. We’re a dynamic ICT recruitment agency that has got to where we are with hard work and a strong work ethic.


We advise and assist clients in recruiting ICT Professionals and Executives across New Zealand. Taking time to understand your business bringing a proactive and research-led approach, identifying the best candidates for you.
